I never expected tapping into my breath to change my life the way it did.
For years, I searched outside of myself for clarity, confidence, and peace…thinking I needed to do more to feel whole.
I thought transformation came from mindset shifts alone, from pushing through fear and constantly just chasing the next level.
I was a major overachiever..always feeling the incessant need to be doing more looming over me. It never shut up, because I had 0 tools to cope.
But when I first dove into breathwork..every single thing in my life started to shift.
I felt pieces of myself wake up that I didn’t even know were asleep. Everytime I breathed, I released years of tension, fear, and suppression. Emotions that were manifest inside of me that I never let go.. to be alchemized.
Through the breath, I didn’t just release old emotions and patterns and begin to understand them better..
I remembered who I was before the conditioning. Before self-doubt, before the fear of being seen. And now, I’m here to guide you through this same powerful transformation..if you are open to it.
How I structure my journeys
90 minute session | $100

Intentional Space Creation – Every session begins with a carefully curated atmosphere designed for safety, surrender, and expression. Candles, essential oils, grounding music—everything is set to help you drop in.
Pre-Session Check-In – We discuss your energy, emotions, and intentions for the session. What’s feeling stuck? Where do you need release?
Guided Nervous System Prep – I walk you through simple grounding techniques before we begin, helping you feel safe, open, and present.

Powerful Guided Breathwork – My facilitation style is fiery, intense, and deeply releasing. This isn’t about passive relaxation—it’s about expression, activation, and full-body liberation.
Sound & Somatic Release – Expect encouragement to use your voice, make sound, and move your body. The more you allow yourself to release, the deeper the healing.
Vagus Nerve Stimulation – Through breath and sound, we activate your body’s ability to regulate, release, and reset. This can be emotional, cathartic, and freeing.

Gentle Integration & Reflection – We close with soft grounding, reflection prompts, and deep relaxation to bring your body back into balance.
Post-Session Support – Breathwork can bring up big emotions and new awareness. I’ll provide tools, journal prompts, and space to help you process anything that surfaced.

Q: I’ve seen a lot of classes out there. What makes your breathwork style unique?
A: I hold space for deep expression, full release, and powerful activation. My sessions are fire, energy, and raw liberation—designed to break through emotional stagnation and bring you into a state of embodied power. This is not passive breathwork—this is energetic work that calls you forward into your most expressed self.
Q: Is this breathwork relaxing or intense?
A: It can be both—but expect intensity. My approach is about breaking through suppression, not avoiding it. The breath will take you into whatever you need to release—whether that’s grief, rage, stuck energy, or deep emotional blocks.
Q: Do I have to make noise during the session?
A: No, but I encourage it. Sound is a portal for release. Many of us have been conditioned to hold our voices in, suppress our emotions, and stay small. In this space, you are safe to scream, cry, laugh, and let go. The more you lean into sound, the more powerful your experience will be.
Q: What if I feel resistance?
A: Resistance is normal—it’s just your nervous system protecting old patterns. We will work through it slowly and intentionally, making sure you feel safe and supported every step of the way.
Q: Will I feel different after one session?
A: Many women experience deep emotional shifts after just one session. You may feel lighter, more connected to your body, and more aware of what’s been stored beneath the surface.
Q: Can I modify the breathwork practice if I feel overwhelmed?
A: Absolutely. My priority is your safety, comfort, and ability to receive the full benefits of the session. If at any point you feel lightheaded, dizzy, or emotionally overwhelmed, you can:
Slow the breath down and take it at your own pace
Return to normal breathing for a few moments before continuing
Let me know before the session so I can guide you through gentle variations
This is about getting to know yourself and your body deeper, so it should push you to the right edges. Not over them. Always do what feels best for you, I am just here to support you and guide you within the practice so you feel safe, empowered and it is effective.
Q: I have an underlying health condition—can I still do breathwork?
A: Breathwork is a powerful practice, but some individuals should approach it with caution or consult a medical professional before participating. If you have any of the following conditions, please check in with me first:
Severe asthma or respiratory conditions
Cardiovascular issues (high blood pressure, heart disease, history of stroke)
Epilepsy or seizure disorders
Recent surgeries or injuries that impact breathing
Pregnancy (breathwork can be modified but should be approached mindfully)
Severe anxiety or panic disorders (I will guide you through nervous system-safe modifications if needed.)
