Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What do you capture while you’re at my event/retreat?
A: ALL the juicy behind the scenes that you always wished you could have captured on camera at your previous events. Think emotional activities, ceremonies, hugs, cries, live testimonials from the reactions of your attendees. It’s good stuff.
Q: What if I’m having an overnight event/retreat?
A: I won’t go anywhere out of Arizona for any retreats 2 nights or less. I will travel out of state only for retreats 3+ nights. If your retreat is 2 nights or less and is located in Arizona, driving travel fees may still apply.
Q: Why are reels so expensive?
A: Reels are costly because of the time and creative energy it takes to craft them. In order for them to be in alignment with you and your brand and beat your competition, a lot of research and love has to go into the process. The price accounts for not only just editing time, but also the creative direction and energy that is being provided for your brand as well.
Q: What do I do with this content?
A: This is content that should be posted all over your social media to show the behind the scenes of your retreat, how you operate and what to expect at the next one. This is important to getting sign-ups and attendees READY to come and change their life with YOU!
Q: How long will this content last me?
A: Content can last anywhere from 4 weeks up to 6 months, it just depends how often you are posting & how fast you feel you run through it. Every business owner is different!
Q: Can I customize my package?
A: Yes, any services can be added on for an extra fee (more photos, more video) and some are required depending how far away you are located. See the list of add-ons above to know what’s available and how much it costs.
Q: Do you do revisions for the content?
A: Yes! You will have 5 days after content is sent to request any edits from me. This can include cropping, revising verbiage, a different aesthetic/filter.
Q: What is b-roll & what do I do with it?
A: With our content packages, your extra b-roll is included. These are unedited videos of you taken during your shoot with iPhone that you can use for reels, your website + more. You just have to edit them yourself!
Q: What is RAW?
A: RAW just means anything that is unedited. I send most videos RAW unless add-ons and edits are requested. Photos never come in RAW format from me.
